Welcome to your calm space

 I know what it's like to feel the weight of the world on your shoulders, to push yourself beyond what's comfortable and healthy, to feel like your body will never relax. And I'm here to say that it's possible to achieve a sense of calm, learn to finally take care of you, and feel comfortable and at peace.


YOUR RX: RELAX, RELEASE, RECHARGE


RELAX: First and foremost, it's time to calm your nervous system, to remind your body that you aren't truly running from the tiger. Your system wants to remain in the 'rest and digest' mode, but you may be locked into 'fight, flight, freeze' mode most of the time. You can learn the techniques for letting your body know that all is well.


RELEASE: It's easy to hold onto things that don't serve, to follow your subconscious and unconscious programming and perpetuate what you don't want. Increasing awareness and letting go of what's not helpful frees up energy and space to attract what you do want.


RECHARGE: Once you are more relaxed and let go of what's getting in the way you can identify and focus on what you really want, what you're passionate about, and start constructing a way of life that supports and uplifts you and allows you to be the very best version of yourself.
