Born a Helper
I’ve always been a helper, of humans, animals and the planet. How I’ve helped has evolved and circled around, but it has always been my hope to help others overcome challenges, feel heard and create solutions for a more peaceful existence. My professional roadmap led me from work as a licensed counselor to massage therapist and energy worker. Then I returned to the emotional arena by adding life coach to my hat bin. To that newer hat came the various colors of mindfulness, meditation, EFT/Tapping and Heart Math practitioner.
Tailored Services
Life isn’t one-size-fits-all; there’s no such thing. The same is true for emotional and physical health. What’s just right for one might not resonate at all for another. This is why I love having such an eclectic background and toolbox to pull from; As your life coach I can offer you what you need, not just the same thing every other client receives.
Holistic Approach
Ultimately, I believe that the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual are all connected. While focusing on one of these areas can be helpful and create amazing shifts, to maintain growth and an optimal level, the other areas need to be considered. If you are experiencing neck and back pain, a therapeutic massage can be very helpful, but if stress responses and emotions and life outlook aren’t considered, this discomfort is likely to keep returning. Adding tools to your box for stress management will be helpful in dealing day to day, but if you’re in a toxic work environment or relationship, they’ll only be able to help so much. It’s all connected.
Personal Growth
I continue to seek growth personally in all areas I’ve mentioned, and I love sharing the new tools I gather. The more I learn the more I realize there is to learn. Increasing awareness is key to figuring out why we’re experiencing what we are, whether that’s physical pain, anxiety, conflict in relationships or feeling lost and not connected with our purpose.
It often helps to have a guide we trust to help us see what we’re blind to, to discover what’s under the surface that’s perpetuating what we don’t want.
