Time to calm the overwhelm and find peace again?

Give your mindfulness practice a boost, increase your consistency in taking care of you by connecting in community.

Join me in my cozy living room with  others seeking an opportunity to share a supportive, loving space for going within while sharing high vibes.

What's the group look like?

~ Intro time to grab some tea, choose an inspirational/oracle card and contemplate or journal about it


~ check in, meet new members, share highlights or challenges with your solo practice


~  discuss a section of the Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) workbook or other books


~  mindfulness/meditation session


~ sharing time for those who wish, wrap up

Who's leading this?

Tammy Goen has been helping folks calm their nervous systems and develop sustainable self care practices for decades. Previously a Licensed Professional Counselor, currently a life coach, massage therapist and energy worker, and specialist for Highly Sensitive People, Tammy has dedicated her career to helping others feel better...calmer, more relaxed, more balanced, more joyful.

Details

2 Groups available according to your schedule...join one or all, as you like:


~1st and 3rd Tuesdays, 6:30-7:30 pm

~ 2nd and 4th Tuesdays, Noon-1:00 pm 


If you have a meditation cushion or favorite pillow, please bring it. I have some, and there are chairs and a couch available if you prefer. 


Please bring a journal or notebook if you'd like to jot down your experiences and the cards you pull.


Donation based: pay what you can, what you'd like (cash, Venmo, check)


Held in my home at 17230 Elsinore Rd. For questions, text/call 541-815-8901

Please Note:

I do have a very sweet, loving pup, who could be a therapy dog, who will be present. 


If you feel you would arrive more than a couple of minutes late, or you can't stay for the whole time, please wait for the next gathering, so as not to disturb the group.
