Services rendered cannot be refunded, but if you pay for a package and just don't feel after the first session that we connect the way you're hoping, you may request a refund of the package price minus the single session rate.

Our time is valuable. I have a 24 hour cancellation policy for in person and online sessions. If you purchased a package and schedule a session, but don't show, whether in person or online, one of your sessions will be deemed used. If you miss a single (non-package) session, your card will be charged for the single session rate. Thank you for your understanding.
