9 modules to move from surviving to thriving

1. Calming the Nervous System

As sensitives, our nervous systems are already on alert and everything coming in can be too much to handle. Reaching that place of Rest and Digest is so important for us to be able to navigate the big, loud, too much world.

2. Your Self Care Plan

Taking care of you is primary, even if you tend toward taking care of everyone and everything else first. Especially because of this. Learn how to make this a priority so you can manage, and actually enjoy, life.

3. Managing Energy

Sensitives tend to feel the energy around us at a much deeper level, and this can be overwhelming. Being able to stop the inflow of all of this energy is necessary in order to prevent burnout. Learn to listen to yourself and choose what comes in and what doesn't.

4. Managing Emotions

Emotions can be very intense for Highly Sensing folks...ours  and those of others. It's important to acknowledge and allow our feelings to arise, yet not be held hostage by them.

5. Honoring Yourself

As sensitives we need to be able to identify and pay attention to our needs, then honor them so they're met. We can't be who we want to be if we negate our own reality and try to be like others.  It just doesn't work to try to be 'less sensitive' and ignore our own experiences in the world.

6. Healthy Boundaries

It can be very challenging for Highly Sensing people to establish...and maintain, boundaries. It's not only OK, but necessary, to set limits energetically, physically and in our relationships. In order to do this we first have to honor our needs, then see these boundaries as means of taking care of others, and ultimately being able to take care of others.

7. Shifting Mindset

We operate according to unconscious programming from our early days, and experiences that reinforce this unhelpful set of limiting beliefs. How many times have you heard that you're 'too sensitive' or need to 'grow a thicker skin', or 'let things go'? For how long have you believed that you're not ok as you are and need to be different, more like others?

8. Harmonious Relationsips

It's totally possible to attract supportive, like-minded friends and romantic partners, and to get what we need from our existing relationships. We do need to be aware of a tendency to attract those who are toxic for us, so we need to be strong in our self-awareness and honor ourselves. We also need to be able to share with others what our experience is like, because those who aren't Highly Sensing will not 'get us' on their own.

9. Honoring Your SuperPower

When we are aware of our needs, honor ourselves, take care of our nervous systems and energy systems, value and manage our emotions and share our experiences, our sensitivities can become the SuperPower that they are. How the Course Works

Each of 9 modules provides 3 video lessons with related journal prompts and exercises including meditations, visualizations, relaxation techniques, breath work, EFT/Tapping and creative projects.


Go at your own pace; I recommend allowing time to practice the exercises and create shifts rather than pushing through quickly. And you can go back to previous lessons as often as you'd like.


Add on one or two 1:1 coaching sessions to  address specific topics, available online or in person in Sunriver, OR.
